Never wipe bulb while on! (I learned the hard way)

Okay, that's not going to work. This may sound crazy, but I think the only way to get this shit off is to melt it off somehow.

Never wipe bulb while on! (I learned the hard way)

I think I might beable to get the worst of it off with my finger nail, just got to be very careful to not break the glass.

Never wipe bulb while on! (I learned the hard way)

Almost, but I smelled the burning fabric first.

Never wipe bulb while on! (I learned the hard way)

It didn't explode thank god, but it did burn a hole through what I was using to wipe it down. Now I have to get that burnt fabric off the bulb. I clearly underestimated the heat a 400w bulb has, and at least it did not break.

    Stanley Blower

I ended up putting it right back in the tent again, it's a bit awkward this time, but clearly out of the way of the lights. Temps dropped by 10 degrees in seconds. Edit: Okay, I'm at the 60s mark now, ambient is about 57 degrees in my house.

    Stanley Blower

Another thing that also occured to me was that I should just take the filter out of the ducting, and make it so all the air blown out of the blower just goes through the carbon filter. This would allow it to pull more CFM through the ducting, and solve the problem. However I'm not sure of the...

    Stanley Blower

Currently it is outside the tent using 4inch ducting, and before it was inside the tent. I've had it in three configurations. The first time I just rigged it to blow through the bottom left ducting, and that shot air straight onto the plants then pushing air out of any hole in the top. The...

    Stanley Blower

Okay, so I've rigged up my stanley blower to suck air out of the tent via 4" dryer ducting. The air is being pulled through a homeade carbon filter. I realize that I bought the wrong damn size, and can't afford to buy the 6". Originally I positively pressured my tent, and that kept everything...

First Grow, Big Bud, White Widow, and Bag Seed. (Pictures)

Just thought I'd explain what I plan on doing after this week with my plants. I plan on using bat guano once I move on to the vegetative growth stage, and then big bloom for the flowering stage. The reason I chose these ferts are, well I only spent 30$ on two fertilizers that will last me...

First Grow, Big Bud, White Widow, and Bag Seed. (Pictures)

Is it a bad thing that I kind of want that big bud seedling to be male? I would love to make my own white widow x big bud cross. I'd have a strain that was uniquely mine, even though the specific cross has been done before the qualities would be much different from the commercial crosses. Of...

First Grow, Big Bud, White Widow, and Bag Seed. (Pictures)

Picture Update # 4 : I rigged up my tent with negative pressure, the temperatures are nice now. A constant 83-84 during the day, and a constant 76-77 at night. Perfect temperature in the day for maximum growth, since production peaks at 85 degrees, but anymore over would cause a decrease in...

First Grow, Big Bud, White Widow, and Bag Seed. (Pictures)

Picture update # 3 The two girls (the ones in the big pots are feminised for anyone who starts to read journals at the bottom.) Are looking good, one is starting to develop it's second set of leafs ;D They grow so fast haha. The big bud transplant is doing it s best to catch up, the true leaves...

First Grow, Big Bud, White Widow, and Bag Seed. (Pictures)

Wait, is it possible to SCROG, and SOG at the same time? I know it would be a pain in the ass, which I'm not all too worried about. It would increase the time I could veg, and increase yields by a huge amount, due to increased light to the plants. This would be further a pain in the ass to do...

You are going to laugh but please help (picture)

I've thought of a couple good reasons to not grow in 5 gallons to start myself, and I've thought of some benefits. I'll list mine, and you list yours. You're probably right, but it's too late now eh? Pros: No Transplanting = No periods of short growth due to stress. No need to fertilize if you...

    Yield Estimate

Why do they even put that there? A squared area is just a floor. So they're saying it's not going to grow tall? Well that makes me throw anything based on the m2 = crap. Thanks for pointing that out. Guess that's a way of whoever bred the seeds saying "Good luck, this should improve marketing"
