Young Seedlings turning yellow...? Thanks for taking a look.

Wow, you have something strange going on here. Those little guys aren't deficient as they are not nearly large enough to be using any nutrients from the soil. Are you sure about your PH? My very first grow I watered with distilled water that was not ph'd and my little guys looked very similar...

Can someone tell me what my defiency is? PICS

That is not a def. It is too much food. Ocean forest is a bit on the hot side. Just water them really well and they will be fine. DON"T GIVE THEM ANYTHING except water.

Still trying to figure this out

Just flush to clear what you have already fed. The wait is to let the pot dry out a bit so the transplant goes easier. Also, make sure you bust up that root ball. Why can't you pot up? A 10 gallon smart pot is like $8 and those plants will flourish in a 10 gallon pot.

I know this cant be right please help

First off throw away the domes. They are not needed. Those clear cups are bad bad bad, roots do not like light. Can I assume your under Flouros? If so keep them 2 to 4 inches above the tops with a fan lightly blowing and you should be fine unless there is some problem with your potting mix...

    Seedlings having problem?

What is your grow medium? It looks like bark and perlite. Just repot in one gallon containers(I recommend smart pots) with a high quality potting mix, Fox Farms or Roots Organics are both a good choice. If they are not available any nursery will have a good peat mix like Fafard or Promix...

    Help! Calc Defeciency?

Looks like to much food to me. Purchase an EC meter post haste, not tds or ppm as there a few different conversions depending on which meter you buy. This can lead to confusion and over-under feeding. When growing hydroponics you MUST know how much your feeding or you will end up with mucho...

Still trying to figure this out

Also, I highly recomend smart pots, they eliminate root circling(most likely a contributing factor in your situation) and really increase oxygen in the root zone.

Still trying to figure this out

Don't give it anything. The one guaranteed fix for most all ill's is to flush the plant. Then wait a couple days and pot up at least 2X, i.e., 2 to 4 , 3 to 6 etc with a quality mix. Wait one to two weeks and you'll be golden. Under NO circumstances to you feed her anything

    Classic Seeds Grow Journal

Oh I'll be watching trust me as I am subbed. I will be using dyna gro bloom/grow and proteck. My tap comes out at 157 (442 conversion). I have a nice EC meter and from from what I gather you feed no more that EC .7 or 500PPM on the 442 scale, this of course in soiless. I plan on...

    Classic Seeds Grow Journal

Hello HB, I have read your other journals and color me inspired. I plan on doing a flood and drain grow at some point but right now I am relegated to containers full of promix bx. I have never heard you give a specific Ph for growing in promix or any soiless medium. I recall you saying...

    leaf tips hooking/circling....wtf

Hi all, I have a really strange problem. I have a bubba kush from dr greenthumb that the leaf tips are hooking sideways. I can't show pics sorry. It's not all the leaves but it seems to some of the new growth. It's like a little sideways hook right at leaf tip. Leaves seem normal otherwise...

Dr. Greenthumb Bubba Kush S1 / GHS Lemon Skunk Dr. Earth/Roots Organics

Yep. To be honest I'm kinda pissed about the germ rate. Less than 50% germination rate is unacceptable when you drop $200 for six seeds but I do understand why he requested that I return them. I will say this though, he told me when I ordered that he "wasn't sure if they had the BK in stock...

Please HELP, large spread of brown, orange, yellowish patches overnight!!! (pics)

I have to strongly disagree with you again. I also have some experience and have done a bit of reading and all my experience and most everything I have read goes opposite of what you say. When using pure organics PH is not nearly as critical as when using semi-organic or chemical nutrients...

Please HELP, large spread of brown, orange, yellowish patches overnight!!! (pics)

Man, I don't mean to come off as a dick here but that is just god awful information. First, I will bet you my 4k doberman that's not a N deficiency by itself. You have problems due to soil toxicity of some sort, either nute imbalance(too much or NPK is off badly) or ph imbalance. I would...
