Maybe nothing to do with the answer you're looking for but those small white spots on your leaves make me think you might have an issue with spider-mites, which of course would cause damage to your leaves.

This picture was taken shortly after lights on i do believe :) yes, they're very bushy, i think a trim would do them good, i've been bending over brances to help the lower shoots grow up and get more bud sites on the go, but i haven't done any pruning yet, so that will be next for sure! Thanks!

Drip feed isn't an option for me, i just hand water. I always hear 2 sides...some say don't overwater, let it dry a bit before water and others saying you can't overwater coco and hear of people watering as much as 3 times a day. It's hard to know what to go with. I'm definitely not good at...

I think my local hydro shop sells the canna 50L bags for about $40 and the bricks for like $20 CAD ...canna's products are suppose to be pre-buffered so i go with the bricks, cheap and good quality and no buffering.
