a 3 gallon pot should be enough... have you tested your run off's pH? that would be my only real concern on things with the length of the grow.

i would think so. more wattage than i have in my mother/clone areas and my rig works nicely for me ;) run some lights on the walls next to the mothers instead of just at the top... you want the lower branches getting light too so they become nice and beefy clone sites.

i think it would be just fine to run with the 7.0 pH for a couple weeks till you get your pen. minor note... it wont take a whole capfull of any pH down additives to change the pH... specially not 20 oz of water.
