yeah, MH is the way to fly for vegging! gives nice and compact veg growth... if the plants get leggy move the lights closer.

put an exhaust duct with a beefy fan sucking the air right from the bulbs... it aint a cool tube but it sure wont hurt! also, when your temps are high, cO2 does a LOT of good :mrgreen:

i put all my plant matter (cept the root balls) into the hash jar... after i extract every last bit of good stuff out of it the dregs join the root ball in my compost bin which gets used in my yard.

yes, i will hit an O per plant no problem... i have 600 watts with the CFLs and that will give me an O per plant now that i have the ScrOG theory down pretty well... when i go to HPS/MH i will pass that easily. knowing the strain growing helps a lot... after awhile it gets like clock work which...

yeah we all do what we gotta ;) i grow pretty decent buds myself and i am just using CFL's... a LOT of CFL's :p when i get my new cab going i will be running ducted HPS though... as much as possible ;) if i can get a kilowatt into the cab, i will :twisted:

UKcyrus... please dont take this wrong... this is one of those cases of relativity... but that light IS small and doesnt penetrate that well. i aint slamming on you... that light is 10x as big as my bulbs, but it isnt half of a 200 watt HPS. and for the record, a 200 watt HPS is small too ;)...
