Just get gnatrol on ebay for 5 bux and some gnat stix NOT yellow glue traps . Gnat stix is a very sticky sticker stuck to a popsicle stick planted into the soil or medium. after drenching your medium with gnatrol which kills the larva at a certain stage and the gnat stix grab any runners about...
