First grow just flipped to flower one day ago!

They look very good indeed. How long have they been vegging for? What medium are you growing them in?

Which is a better potting soil and why?

    None of the above.

What fertiliser do you have? What are they planted in? What are they? Indoor/Outdoor?

    TWO PLANTS IN ONE POT

    I would.

Timer issue in early flower stage

That is an interesting idea. I use smart plugs, smart bulbs and switches all around the house. The ones that use the Smart Life (aka Tuya) firmware are a pain in the arse. The system is so unreliable, it often randomly goes down. The Sonoff switches have been a paragon of reliability, I use...

Light for a 2x4 tent: Two TS1000 or one TSL2000?

I have just set up 4 TS1000s in a 4x4 and the light spread is very good. I reckon a pair of them in a 2x4 would be fine.

Blue cheese estimate yield from 3 plants?

Coincidentally I just got some Blue Cheese from Royal Queen Seeds, 50% off in their Black Friday sale. It is on my potential keeper list. I imagine each plant will yield about 0.454kg.:D

    Bottom Watering...

Taking away my Jack's Magic has really fucked me up. They announced the ban last spring. I figured I would have at least a couple of years to adjust before stocks started to dwindle. But the suppliers just stopped stocking it. As I said there are some new peat free products appearing, I will...

    Bottom Watering...

You aren't. What the North Americans call soil we call compost. Ironically most mixes sold as compost rarely contained much actual compost.

    Bottom Watering...

Peat is being banned in the UK from 2024. Most of the suppliers have exhausted their stocks of peat based products and they are impossible to get hold of. Plus with the pandemic and Brexit chucked into the mix I was very limited with what I could get. So I used some garden compost and manure...

    trimming

I just really hate trimming. I mean really, really. The wife does it for me and I know she secretly really hates trimming, but as I do everything else to grow her weed she puts up with it. If I could I would pay someone to do it.

    Bottom Watering...

Just regular compost with some farm manure mixed in. I have just tried it. I poured 500ml of plain water in to each of their drip trays and they all sucked it up until the drip trays were virtually dry. Judging by the pot weight now, they are all about as moist as they need to be. I will...

    Flip or keep vegging ?

They look good for 5 weeks. I always veg mine for a minimum of 8 weeks, sometimes it is closer to 12. If the were mine I'd do a little selective defoliation and let it go for a few more weeks.

    White widow estimate yield ?

About half of what you want it to be.

    Bottom Watering...

I am in the UK and I can't seem to be able to find it anywhere. The only place I can get it is from the USA on eBay, which makes it very expensive.

    Bottom Watering...

The wee bastards. I have the little fuckers under control. I am having a toss up between Diatomaceous Earth and Nematodes to eradicate them completely, most likely the former. I have got rid of them before by letting the pots dry right out, but that comes with the risk of having them wilt...

    Bottom Watering...

Thanks. I Googled it saw that lots of other plants are watered like this and wondered if it worked for weed. I dawned on me that pests like Fungus Gnat Larvae live in the surface of overly moist soil, so if I could keep the bottom wet and the top relatively dry it might help control them.

    Bottom Watering...

Is this possible? If I poured water directly into the drip tray under the pot, would the medium draw up the water?
