Well its not light burn dude, leaves would be more bleached, that looks like browning. Those are the first leaves right?

Yeah you got something starting to happen, leaf discoloration and saw a tip that was dry. On the FIM maybe you wont get what you wanted exactly but if you take care of a lady she usually gives you what you want.
