Asses your situation, what do you want essentially? If you leave them in their current home(pot) growth might be effected. Maybe that's what you want since you mentioned you've got no height? If you transplant there's a chance that your plant/plants will shoot up in flower...more height/product.

Agreed cut off rot asap, or else it will spread. Not saying it wont spread but if you cut of the areas effected then the mold has to start over if you understand what I'm saying. Now to stop further mold control your environment, you can make it hard for mold to settle in.

Your plants are sickly my guy, this is the result of many problems combining weakening your plants. Im no expert but you need to test soil and water In/Out

All I know for sure is if a doggie has diarrhea give him pumpkin lol, dogs get upset stomachs from change of the type of food or even the schedule. You doing right by them and yourself, I love win win situations :grin::bigjoint:
