What would you recommend for support

I have flipped to flower this is the 3rd week of flower.

Update: Plants are responding to the supercrop pretty well. I’ve noticed that the stems i bent are starting to curl upwards toward the light

Thanks and I didn’t jump at the first piece of advice I’ve been doing research all day and supercropping/defoliation was basically the way to go in my situation

Well I just super cropped so I’m going to play the waiting game and see how it plays out

Update: Supercropped 3/4 plants

They’re still pretty close to the light though,I don’t want to risk burning because I’m planning on upgrading to a better light in the next week or so
