Looks to be lower growth combined with a blurple. My guess is some leaves lower down that aren't getting any light are just dying off. Pluck the ones that are 50% dead or more.

What soil? Cut down on your nutrients a little bit. That 600w light probably isn't actually 600w. Is the light a purple color? If so it's probably closer to 100w. Get yourself a light that doesn't give a purple color and is around 250w for a single plant. You need more light.
