Just DIY bubble buckets as an intro to hydroponics. Not recirculating. First time running DWC. Next run is either going to be recirculating or one big tank with 4 plants. Not liking the Ph swings and frequent top ups too much.

No secret. I use a home made bubble cloner. Just a tote and airstone. I've only run about 16 clones through it thus far but even the runtiest have rooted. Dip & go. I've found no difference between the gel and powder. As long as you've got proper DO you've nothing to worry about.
