I agree with bubba, miracle grow is not the best soil, too hot, for lighting your best bet is T5 HO fluorescents, That's what I use and they work great, cheep price and low on elect, don't forget, 6500K for veg, 2700k or 3000K for bloom.

You should have some ph up and ph down in order to adjust your ph, you should have a ph meter for checking, 6.0 for soil grow and 5.8 for hydro, (nutes) I'm saying nutrients,

Personally your first mistake is using Miracle Grow, there are many who feel that Miracle Grow soil is too "hot" (strong) for mj, best to transplant in some other soil suitable for mj, I'm hydro so can't help you there but I'm sure someone will jump in and help, by the looks of those seedlings...

I'd be a little leery, there could be mold unseen on the outside, but inside the buds, hope it all works out for you, it is a nice amount of harvest considering, as you said, fortunately it was bag seed.
