Yep, rotting roots will drop pH like a rock. Good job on fixing it. Looking frosty :)

When your mix is wrong, switching with a full res change is definitely a good measure to take. You get a clearer picture of how close the new mix is, without the old interfering in any way. Yep, above 69F and the pH drop is from root rot. Super simple, super results. Should you switch, be sure...

Nice :) Still a dark green but you can see it's fading. Good job :)

Yep, that's right, keep the medicine expensive. Fuck the public, right?

Watch that pH drop. When it goes quick it's usually a sign of root damage, the rot drops the pH. The closer to the correct balance, the more you can feed them without burn. You're doing great :)

I'd really like to help more, but I really have no experience with other nutes. I started with GH and it's a simple 8:16, micro:bloom without any grow added. As with anything, some strains need slight adjustments, especially magnesium, the 8:16 is damn close to a 'general' mix for cannabis...

Your mix has too much nitrogen... Use a nutrient calculator for your nutes and see what it takes to hit close to these numbers. n 130 p 106 k 183 Mg 73 S 49 Ca 130 I like to use real epsom salts (mag sulfate) to control mag and boost sulfur

SPIDER MITES MIGHTY WASH IS VERY BAD FOR YOU WARNING!

Sounds like you don't have much experience with mites. They're all slaves to their breeding cycle, do your shit right and they're gone safely. Whatever though, anyone with a brain has already gotten the info they need from this thread. I'm out.

Glad you hit the groove, it's a beautiful thing. Gotta love that swing. lol :) See how simple hydro can be?

SPIDER MITES MIGHTY WASH IS VERY BAD FOR YOU WARNING!

Screw that b.s. Nuking with forbid is not an option in my book, not interested in using a huge cannon on a small problem. Got a shitload of rooms with mites? You need to take a serious look at how you're running things. Both 3 in 1 and iso are relatively 'clean.' Unlike forbid.

SPIDER MITES MIGHTY WASH IS VERY BAD FOR YOU WARNING!

Yes. You can also use safer's 3-in-1, though it's more expensive. The safer's is safe to breathe, while the iso is not. The key is to break the breeding cycle, spraying every 2 days for 14 days.

I *still* have about 2lbs of Kool Bloom powder, from a 2.2lb package from years ago. Not necessary with a mix close to Mel Frank's publishings, actually degraded quality, even when only used in small amounts. Also a pk booster.

Looking decent for sure. I usually keep it under 750, when the transpiration rates are really high..See how they like 600 and if there's still a bit of light colored new growth, hit 700 and see. ;)

Work up to 'just enough' to sustain full growth. Once you go past 'enough' you start cutting into terpene/oil production and harming the end quality. It's a fine line (usually 1cc's difference).

They look underfed. Been wondering about that 400, but I run GH, so I wasn't sure. You want as close to Mel Frank's numbers as possible. Main reason I've always run Lucas, it's so close I don't have to mess with anything.

    CBD Therapy grow

It smells like grass trimmings for the same reason grass trimmings smell, chlorophyll breaking down. Heat and moisture cause the smell. Most likely the one strain was still more wet than the other when you jarred. Did you check moisture levels with a hygrometer on both?

I wouldn't spend too much time thinking about it. It all depends on so many variables, the best way to tell is experience with the same strain and feed style.
