I had similar problems and my ppm ended up being way too high. Once I backed off, the pH didn't fluctuate anymore. Sounds like you've got your ppm dialed in for the most part but just throwing it out there.

Yeah, seriously. Changing out the res for the TW is at least an hour of work. The pump is only 66gph, so it takes a while to do anything. Next time, tubs will have drains, will be raised, and the plants will be smaller and I'll be more in control.

If the PPM is too high, the nutrients become toxic to the plant, slowing growth and eventually killing it. Cut the ppm in half, if not more and your plants will thank you for it. 2000ppm is way too high for any strain.

That is where feeding charts come in handy. Since you mentioned you were using the Lucas formula, isn't there a thread about it that can tell you the proper proportions for each week of growth? I'm not too familiar with those nutes, so I can't be of much help.
