hi there and welcome, thats a good start to your growing, you need to get that light about 1" away from that plant, and it will grow a lot stronger if you have a fan blowing over it and help to keep it cool, is that moor than one plant in that pot? as if it is you need to get them into there own...

hps is the way to go,,if you can vent it well it will be alot better, growing with HID'S you get very good yelds and you wont look back???????
