yes thay are, al the ballasts we use have bin fine my mate is runing a 400w mh bulb for small veging plants in his 600w hps or mh ballast rite now, and i had a 250w hps bulb in my 600w hps ballast with no probs,,good luck:peace:

you can start them on 12/12, from seed, but its best to start them at 18/6 or 24/0 for the first 2-3 weeks to get sum maturity befor flowering them:peace:

when it grows up, say 5-6 weeks old you can clone it and get 6-12 clones strayt away,or moor?,, and keep going every 4 or 5 weeks or so. for a long time,,,,

how long ago did you re potted them? and did you keep the root structure intact? but thay can look a bit sad when you have re potted them for a day or to. just give them a good watering. and get sum pics. good luck!!
