not true in a big picture sorta way, Flat white paint reflects heat and if you understand that and know how to use it then you know why it is the best way to go

You have to plan what you are doing to meet the demand of what you want, I really never tell new growers to duplicate my lights because I'm not a new grower and I understand how to properly use lights and honestly you would be very surprised how many folks don't have a clue how to use lights...
