Let's presume the growers get 1gpw that's 15KG.. so 33pounds, let's say a pound is $1600, that's a 52,800$, minus the 27,000$ of electricity, it's still a 25,800$ profit...

You kinda need a negative pressure to keep the room smell free. If you have a positive pressure the air will somehow leaks and the smell will do so.. You need bigger exhaust than intake for sure.

As i just re-read the whole post, you will need a more than 32gal res if you intend to flood the table. A 4x8 table full of water barely 6inches needs about 70gal. But that's an empty table. With some medium it's gonna require little less. But still more than 32gal.

250w HPS is doable but it's not optimal, since you already have it and are on a budget, i'd suggest you to use this light 2 or 3 harvest and then move on. As for the 3 45w for moms, i don't know if this will be enough as they grow. Try it and when it's time to, Upgrade!
