Sorry I mis read your amounts....It's gotta be a PH problem then as 5.4 is too low. But highly recommend using the Rhizo, it will save you plants ;)

Well, a few things.... For their size, I think think that's too much base for your nutes. I think you should be using 7-8ml per gal of A+B. I'm sure you're getting nute burn right now. Also pick up some CalMag, you need it with your water being that soft. My tap water is 0.3 EC and I ended up...

Hey AZ, what's the exact composition of the Budswel? I found this at my local store and was thinking of using it instead since it's easily obtainable. ($26 for 1L) I know you don't like AN, but this stuff sounds pretty good. It's the AN Mother Earth Super Tea...

I know I can do that, but then I have to pay duty costs importing it. Plus by the time it gets here, there won't be much time left ;) Maybe for a future grow.

It also has worm castings and seabird guano too right? I can't find it in Canada :( I tried looking for it this week.

You're right, they are using Chloramine (Chlorine & Ammonia) and it takes weeks to evaporate. The good news is I've been using my tap water and I haven't had any issues (at least I don't have to let it sit out anymore and plan 2 days ahead for watering). Thanks for the heads up!

I need some quieter INLINE CENTRIFUGAL fans, any advice?

Here...I use the Active Air fan (the quietest). As others posted, if you need quieter, use a muffler. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TglPdylDzQ

I use tap water (let it sit for a couple days to let the chlorine evap) and I've haven't had to use any Calmag. I feed every time too, never just water. I use Canna's Coco A+B, rhizo, cannazym, pk, then Biotanicare Sweet and H&G Bud XL.

Yes, listen to this guy (AZ) he's a wealth of helpful knowledge. I agree with his explanation Don't follow the canna chart so much in terms of number of weeks, but more your plants and what they are doing at that time of feeding.

Do yourself a huge favor, get a PH meter/pen. They're not that expensive and it's very important to your plants. Don't take what the water company tells you, you have to know for yourself and be certain.

Still need help with a doctor(sad face)

Thank Harper and the PC's for that law. Keep it 5 or under and at least the punishment is minor if you were to ever get caught. Even if the police were to know about you growing 5 and under, why would they even waste their time/energy/money with something so small? You'd think they're more...

Still need help with a doctor(sad face)

Yeah, it's almost too hard to find one nowadays. I gave up (I have nerve damage in my sternoclavicular joint that can causes immense pain to the right side of my shoulder, neck and head). Because of that, I only get a few hours of sleep a night making me a border line insomniac nevermind the...

You should stick with 4. 100w per plant ;) Do you have a DR90? Plus 6 will be too crowded, even 5 is...trust me ;)

Soil vs coco coir root comparison!

I'm in 3 gal air pots (just going into flower now), but during veg, I only had to water them basically once a week. I know someone who does the same and in his flower (plants were at least 4 feet tall) he waters every 3-4 days. I'm in a tent so my max height can only be 3ft plants, so I'm...

No, it's more like Canna's Boost, just less expensive. Boost has a sweetener in it already, that's why you have to add your own. Biotanicare has a line of sweeteners called SWEET. I'm actually using the BudXL and Berry Sweet for my grow, thanks to AZ's advice. But aside from those, I use all...
