The Official Canna Coco & Nutrients Thread

Hey AZ, not sure how to tell you this other than..."AzCannaMan has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space." I tried to PM you ;) PS, it's journal update time :)

Still a couple of details to be worked out for my setup.

Unless your using an air cooled reflector, I'd stay away from the 600W. It will get too hot other wise. Even with the 400W it may get too hold without an air cooled reflector/tube. I'd highly recommend you get one in that small of a tent. Also, if you're only growing 3 plants in it, 400W is...

Can't help you with CFL stuff, I've only used MH for veg and HPS for flower. Sorry.

That's the part that is odd. Why would customs hold it? It's not illegal to import, buy or sell seeds in Canada. Customs has no reason to seize it. It's probably just delayed (they are backed up).

    Planning coco grow; Nutrients question

That's what I did, I'm using BudXL with some Berry Sweet (goes great with Blueberry plants :) ) instead of the boost (too expensive). But I do use all of the other Canna products as well (coco A+B, Rhizo, Zym and PK) Canna will provide you with a growing schedule on their site (grow guide). It...

I've never used Biobizz or advanced nutes, so I can't help you. You might want to try posting in the advanced nutrients thread.

Still a couple of details to be worked out for my setup.

I have a DR90II (3x3x6) myself (and love it) and can get 5 in there (in 3 gal air pots), so if you're only growing 3, that's more than enough room for you. I have my filter, fan and light hanging from the top of the tent. It's very sturdy. Try bustan.ca, I know they carry MountainAir. Their...

Still a couple of details to be worked out for my setup.

With you living in Canada too, I don't know why you'd order them from there. I've bought mine here and when I need again, I'll do the same. There's even a store in Montreal. Yes, you don't get the selection here you get overseas, but I'd take convenience over that any day (and most places do...

The Official Canna Coco & Nutrients Thread

You definitely want the coco to dry out (not all the way though) but until you stick your finger 2" in and it's dry. Sounds like your overwatering (may not even be nute lock). Depending on the size of your pots, you can go days before you need to water again. Case in point, I have seedlings...

I do realize that, and since BudXL is a H&G product, I thought I would post my question here as well as the Canna thread ;) Thanks for responding.

Still a couple of details to be worked out for my setup.

I'm using Canna Coco with hydroton at the bottom of my air pots (which are 3 gal/12L) I'm able to do 5 in my 3x3x6 tent. All Canna nutes for me except for Boost, to which I'm using BudXL & Berry Sweet instead. I think 5 gal pots will be too big for your tent space but it depends on how many...

Still a couple of details to be worked out for my setup.

I have a 3x3 tent and my setup is, 6" carbon filter in the top right corner, attached directly to my inline fan (sucking the air through), then ducting down to my 600w cool tube, then ducting up and out the exhaust port. Have another duct coming in from the bottom left of the tent for a passive...

The Official House and Garden Thread

I'm currently using Canna nutes, but decided to go with BudXL instead of the Boost. Canna provides me with a feeding schedule online, so my question is do I use the BudXL the same time and same amounts as the Boost would? Or does the BudXL have a totally different schedule to use it?

    Thermometer placement question

So at the height of my pots (to which seedlings are growing, about 2" tall now)...which is exactly 1 week from planting the non-germinated seed, I have placed my thermometer/hygrometer in the light and in the shade. The reading in the light is approx 80F and in the shade is 75F. The unit is...
