Dude, they pay a LOT of money to get them out of jail. If they break the conditions of their release then they have to bring them back to jail or they lose the thousands of dollars they paid to get them out. They help get people out of jail. They only chase them because if another cop arrests...

Just do blades if you can. I find it's the best way to get the bang for my buck. Around here not that many people smoke hash, but it's not because it's not good stuff. People just like there weed. It's easy to get though...
