I cant say I know much about hydroponics but that CFL is not enough unless it is a real 125W and not an equivalent. But even if it is a real 125w I would say add one more minimum in the 2700K range. I would say for flowering have at least 2 100w in 2700K and you can keep the 125w 6400K shining...
