Yes. They will be more consistent. Not only that but bringing them in and out will expose them to more elements, more climate change, and more pests. Inside you can regulate whatever light cycle you want. If you want to grow outdoors then plant them out there and leave them.

Natural sun is best outside. Even a greenhouse can't compete with today's indoorgrow lighting systems. AAlthough some are expensive there are still many options for lighting indoors that are cheap and effective. Look into cfls and fluorescent. I've used both with success
