Flushing doesn't work well with OC+ excessive water will lead to excessive nutrient release. It has to be something in the root zone. I've seen similar symptoms with freezing in the root zone.

What you have is a tropical sativa's. I once had a pair of plants go 56 days at 12/12. You don't need the 24 hr dark just switch to 10/14 light cycle and they will flower. And leave them 10/14 for the full cycle.
