if your plant uses more than 200ml/48 hours then your plants will dry out if it uses less than 200ml then your plants will end up overwatered. water your plants when they need watering - don't follow some set routine that has nothing to do with your growing conditions or your plants.

What you are doing wrong is spending a lot of money on equipment without having a clue how to grow. You should learn the basics first, make a few mistakes, learn to read what your plants are doing (and why).

Wrong Based on that logic, how would you expect a plant to grow if the roots were allowed to grow unrestricted horizontally but only a few inches vertically - would the plants grow like a dinner plate?

Some strains simply do not respond to any form of pruning, topping, LST or fimming - they may eventually recover but a couple of weeks of zero growth is not what you need.
