Don't go over 15 amps or you will start over heating (which means bad things happen). A good thing to think about is volts * amps = watts ... so amps = watts/volts. 6 26 watt cfl's only equates to (assuming 120 volts) (26/120)*6 = 1.3 amps ... so you should be fine. How many plants though? 6 26...
