They should be planted about 1/4 t0 1/2" Hopefully they are good.

You need to take a pair of tweezers and pull back the soil until you can see what is going on. If they had a tap root and they have not broke the surface in a week you probably have a problem.

If you are going to make Hash oil there won't be a difference because you are extracting the THC out of everything then using, basically a 100% concentrate to infuse the edibles. The plant is gone and a few ml of amber oil is left.

No not to a larger pot. Just into another solo cup. Weed always does better when you let it dry between waterings. All I do is soil grows. it is a lot easier IMHO.

I would mix a batch of soil and perlite then transplant them into solo cups with the new mix. This will accomplish 2 things. Give you dryer soil immediately and aerate the the roots. I have done this back in my past when I overwatered and it works.
