Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Ya I don't think I am going to purchase the dehum now. There is no condensation since I leave the fans running, and the soil is seeming to dry out faster now. I had to water a day earlier with the fans running 24/7

    Ok I flushed, now what?

they vegged out for about 7 weeks before the little armpit hairs started coming out. The one in the picture with all the little nugs on it has been vegging for about 2.5 weeks now, along with the other 3 that aren't dour diesel, and the SD's have only been flowering for about a week and are...

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Yes, there are 6 air vents, 3 on each side, you just can't see them in the pictures. When I checked on them this morning after leaving the fans on all night, there was absolutely no condensation on the greenhouse, and the plants looked extremely perky after being in the constantly flowing air...

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Ok, I just found a dehumidifier on CL for $40. Would it be worth investing in this to cut the condensation in the greenhouse? Would it help me? The condensation only really occurs at night and in the morning. Its dry all day. Should I buy it? I'm mainly concerned about A) Drying out...

    Ok I flushed, now what?

Ok here is a current look at my plants. They have gotten a good lush green color back. The first picture is of the flowering trainwreck plant. The fan leaves all turned this color and dropped off, might of been cause of the flush? I also added a new fan today, so I have 2 total, and tied...

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Ok so here is what I did today: > Added another fan to the green house. It's a fan that sits on the ground and blows air towards the other end of the greenhouse, which has the fan pointing up, as you can see in the picture. > I then tied the plants that were...

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Well this is my first grow and I don't know how to LST or supercrop. I am planning on bending the plants today by tying them down. Ive read this could work, and I could get them off the ceiling. Removing the green house isn't really an option, I need it to hide the plants. Also, I am...

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Ok thanks. The top of 2 of the plants are running into the ceiling and its too late to top them cause they just started flowering last week. What would you suggest to keep them off the ceiling?

Cutting down moisture in Green House?

Every morning when I go out to open the flaps and turn on my fan in the green house, there is a TON of condensation on the plastic. This is not good because my plants are touching the sides and top of the green house, so this could potentially lead to mold. Just wondering if I should leave the...

    Ok I flushed, now what?

Hey thanks for the reply's. 4 of my plants are in week 2-3 of flowering, and 6 of them just started last week. The ones that are experiencing the worst yellowing are the ones that have been flowering for longer. The reason I was flushing so much is because 8 are 7 gallon pots and 2 are in 15...

    Ok I flushed, now what?

Ok, I have been flushing the salts and nutrients out of my plants to in order to stop the burn and raise the soil's PH. I've ran about 20 gallons through each plant, and I intend on running another 10 through them tomorrow. My plan is on the last 2 gallons, add 1/4 dose of nutrients in...

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

Ok so I have now given all the plants 2 flushes, and I am intending on doing that once more with the last 2 gallons having 1/4 strength nutrients in them. The leaves are turning yellow on the flowering plants, looks like a N deficiency, and the rest seem to be greener. However, the water...

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

Ok, so I do believe that my plants are on the road to recovery now. They are looking greener and fuller and I believe if I flush again and get the soil's PH higher I will be ok. I have just two more questions. 1. Should I add a top layer of lime to the soil before I water to help raise the...

Oh, and do you think mixing in more lime with that water would help at all?

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

well I was watering whenever the soil felt dry on top and two inches down. So I did do a flush the other day where I gave all of them about 10 gallons each. I think I also might have burned the plants that were healty with the bloom nutes. Cause they are turning yellow now, when they were...

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

Ok, I was thinking about foliar feeding some fox farm grow big today, maybe putting like a couple drops in a spray bottle? I just don't know what to do here, my plants look so sick and nothing I do seems to help any. After the flush, some parts are looking greener and healthier while other...

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

what I dont understand is why the soil is still so acidic after I have treated it with lime twice? Isn't this suppose to bring the ph up?

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

Well with the fan in there and their current size of 4-6.5 feet they are usually pretty dry after 2 days. But they are definitely looking sickly still. I guess the soil is just super acidic and is hurting them.

Leaf's tips STILL burning and dying. Could it be soil's PH?

Well I gave them all about 10 gallons each. I was feeding them hose water with a ph of about 8.5. The run off was coming out at 6. So I hope this did the trick. Im going to give them a partial flush again in 2 days and then give them nutes on the next watering. This that this will raise the...
