OK. Stealth Mode. Tore down the closet, put everything away until a later date. All new seedlings are in a Rubbermaid with 3 27w 5500K CFLs. Total of 81w. 4.7" CPU fan for exhaust (73 cfm) with passive 3x3" intake. Sprayed black primer, then flat white. Still kinda smells like paint.. But...

This morning I pulled off all the mylar. Tried to take it off so I could reuse it, but it had duct tape everywhere, and nails... So I ended up just ripping it off. It created more of a hassle than it did good. So hopefully it will bring my temps down a lil bit, and no more burning of the plants...

They look great for 12 days! If only mine would look as good.. Is this just bagseed?

Yes, just perlite in a cup. I put the seed inside a jump starter that was soaked in water, then put that in perlite. I started germing more seeds the other day.. 10 of them started tap root and went into cups of perlite today. Trying to make up for all the ones I burned with the light.. Pics tom.

Watered all of them this morning except the 4 hempy. Hempy got watered 2 days ago.. The hempy are out growing the ones in soil. They have bigger leaves, and they are a full leaf set ahead of the soil.

Only 1 full watering in 10 days? Wow, you have great patience my friend. I would be scared they would die! Guess your soil holds water very well...

They look ok today. Some are starting to stretch a tad bit. Going to see how they look tomorrow, maybe lower the light 2" or so..

Yea, thing is I haven't sprayed these with anything and don't plan on it. Those burns happened after I put mylar on the floor, and the light at 2ft. There was no watering that day, came home later that night to discover the burns. I could get another fan to blow cool air into the room, but I...

Added a piece of duct on the left hand side of the hood and ran it straight up to the top of the room. Hoping this will help suck out the hot air up top and keep the temps down.

Added mylar to the bottom of the room as you can see in the pics.. Came back home last night, and two of the new ones were burned.. Not too bad, they be ok. Raised the light up to about 30" I just can't find the sweet spot yet, plus they are still young. The ones in the hempy are growing...

It's been 8 days since the transplant. Some starting looking a little greener, others not so well so they went down the drain.. The other 10 I recently planted are doing great. 6 in soil, and 4 in perlite. 8/10 sprouted on 5/24 and the other 2 on 5/26. Cleaned up the room a little bit as well...

Exhaust is being sucked through hood and blown out into the attic.. I only wanted to put one hole in the ceiling.. But i may have to put another in the weeks to come.. Summer really isn't even here yet.. It's only going to get hotter.

Well I think all of them are not gonna make it. It's been a week since transplant and there has been no new growth. Some turned even paler and lower leaves began to dies off.. Some started to get a lil greener, but that's about it. These are all going to get pulled and tossed..Lesson learned. I...
