i run mine during veg 8hours a day and i had em 24/0 with no uvb at first then i switched to 18/6 but when the hps light goes off i turn on the uvb just for veg...then when it flowers i hear to put it on the full 12 hours but start low building ur way up to 12

yup i got two 18w uvb lights 290-310nm each and a 600w hps...the best dank grown in the world comes from countries with the highest amounts of uvb..hps, mh all those bulbs r made to grow ur plant, grow ur leafs well we get high off the thc in the resin glands on the bud and uvb helps increase...

uvb should b 18w per bulb get one or two the nm should b 270-310 usually there 290-310 tho..good luck

go with the 400w if u dont have much space

hps 400-1000w depending on ur grow space and throw some UVB in there when u start flowering like a snake light or tanning light cuz the best weed is from countries with the highest amount of uvb "rays from the sun" so the uvb light mimics the sun which is real good for ur resin glands...4real it...

u didnt flower it to early u never flower to early u just didnt have it in a big enough pot...it looks like ur yield is ganna b pretty low..like 4grams maybe 7grams

get a hps thats what i got and its doing real good i also got two uvb snake lights to add uvb light witch is also key to growing..all plants outside get uvb and the best bud in the world is from countries with the highest amounts of uvb
