Depends how far along the plants you want to switch are. More roots=bigger pain in the nuts to get clean. I've taken from soil into DWC before and it was not fun . Id take clones from your current plants and put them in whatever aero system you choose.

Yea it can be too much. I used the miracle grow seed starter and that was ok. They really don't need any nutes for about 3 weeks so it might be a bit much for them right now. They will probably get through it but its hard to really tell without pics.
