dude. them bottom ones look like nute burn for sure but plants go through stages of light green and dark green leaves i feel the best solution is keep it simple keep them watered, wind and light you will be fine mate

it looks like your lights were too far away, dont forget using cfls your soilwill be wet inside for agis. i wouldnt water untill top 2or3 inches really dry. i would repot if it wasme and put some of that stem in soil to make them lil shorter. best of luck
