Plants growing past the height of my light.

Yeah I think I am just going to let this go without adding any more lighting and take all these factors into consideration for my next setup next month. This is my first grow. I do see that it might have a bunch of popcorn lower down. I read that pretty consistently a plant averages about 2...

Plants growing past the height of my light.

What about the one that snapped? Will it be ok? It was one of the better plants. Also does the space look too crammed now?

Plants growing past the height of my light.

Ok sorry for the shortage of info. I do believe that those ones were stretching just cuz of the spacing in nodes. I tilted them over to be level with other plants. One I did snapped so I tied a support strap so all weight was not on the wound. I am in 4th week of flowering. still about 4-5...

Plants growing past the height of my light.

I have a few plants under my light that are not directly under but they have grown to the same level as the light. They are not directly under it, so they are not burning but should I tie them down to put them more under light and at a level the other plants are?

I know this question drives people crazy... but with the weeks counting down on my first grow and the suspense driving me nuts, I thought I would put together pics and variables and wonder what others more knowledgeable than I would estimate on yield on a grow this far along. It will be fun! I...

First Grow 2 weeks into flowering (pics)

Looking at the pics and basing 7 plants under a 400 watt HPS... does anyone have an estimate on yield. I know I have to wait, but the suspense is killing me. It's big bud... I hope it is what the name implies!

No I appreciate the input. I forgot what thread it was or I would post a link to it, but man people are very opinionated about weather to cut or not. I am just tucking the fan leaves out of the way and tying them down to the rubberbands at the base of the pots. Thanks!

    Question about height (pics)

I also think I have too many plants in the space.... 7 of them. Looks like quite a few buds going though. I am trying to get a pound, but being my first grow I am just waiting to see. Do tighter nodes produce more bud?

    Question about height (pics)

I am using a 400 watt HPS. I moved it from a foot from the plants to a foot and a half a while back when I switched from metal halide to the HPS cuz I thought it was burning leaves. But I actually think I had some nute lock on one plant cuz of how the yellowing happened. Not exactly sure...

    Question about height (pics)

See in the pics below the height of some of my plants. I tried topping on one, LST tying on the shorter ones, and the others... well you can see by their height. My question is this: This is my first time grow, but you see how it is budding on the top and then quite a stretch until the next...

First Grow 2 weeks into flowering (pics)

I was reading on the thread that was a raging debate on to cut or not to cut and someone mentioned harvesting the top parts when ready and then letting the bottom once clear do its thing for a few more weeks before harvesting. That sounded like a great idea so I might try that. For this strain...
