My other consideration was to exhaust through the wall, but right at ground level. I think that'd reduce the noise quite a bit. I could be wrong? I'd still be able to duct the intake point at the ceiling, so that i'm still exhausting all the hot air. Thoughts?

So, i'm going to be running an 8" maxfan out of a roof exhaust, but what you're saying is, the fan noise won't be audible at the point of exhaust, but the air noise will be? That'd be acceptable, but damn this fan is louder than I expected...I just don't want any neighbors to complain.

What light cycle are you supposed to use for seedlings that are roughly 1" tall? I have them under a T5 fluorescent and have been doing 24/7 light, but i realized that might be incorrect...I used fem seeds, btw.

Your eyes deceive you. They have both dropped their shells. The shells fell off before either one of them broke height of the rockwool.

The light is directly over the top of the dome, so it's odd that it stretches in that direction. I guess it's time for the high output T5 then... The dome is pretty tall, so I can't put the light any closer without removing it. This is the only time i plan to grow from seed, so i bought a dome...

Ok, so i have germinated some seeds and after they popped, i put them in rockwool cubes (rockwool was soaked in 5.8 PH water). They're now in a propagation dome with a heat mat under them. My question is, when do i need to put a light over them?
