My test to see if a plant is ready to transplant is to let the soil dry out and lightly pull the plant out of the pot at the base of the stem. If it is ready the soil will come out in the shape of the cup with relatively small effort, if it isn't the plant will lift away from the soil some, but...

I'm going to guess the plant is about 3 weeks old. That's just how they grow. Node branching can take a while with some strains, others branch immediately. Hell even the same strain with different phenos can branch a lot or barely at all. After it has vegged a while it will start to branch out...

just keep at them. I think you may have stunted their growth with the h2o2, but they will survive and start to grow more soon enough.
