Hiya. I'm going to run CXB 3590 3000k @50w each on arctic 64 plus cpu coolers. Mounted with Ideal holders/connectors. Do any of you guys know if there's room to fit a lens with those coolers? It's the ones with a flat base...

If i remember correctly, the bare COB's spread the light at a 115-120 degree angle. You can use lenses and/or reflectors to focus the light and adjust to your growspace.

Efficiency as in converting electricity to photons. 100 watts of 45% efficient light gives 45 watts of light, rest is heat. So, the higher the efficiency is, the less power you have to use for usable light :)

i think that was meant for 72v COB's ^^

it's for 4 COB's to run at about 50w each. Someone recommended this driver for the purpose : HLG-185H-C700B
