Well try this first instead: Close out your pic software. Goto Start, My Computer, and then whatever one is your camera (like E: or F: drive). Click on it and it should open a regular folder with all the pics on your camera. You might have to navigate through a few folders to get to your pics...

Hmmmmmm, can you convert the 'JPG Images' to regular .jpg filetypes before attempting to upload through the Manage Attachments interface? I think your problem is the image is like a zip or compressed version of the full size file, and RIU needs the entire thing to scrunch it down to their pic...

Click 'Manage Attachments', then the 'Add Files' button at the top right, then click the 'Select Files' button and add as you usually would. Last is select 'Insert Attachment' by clicking the button on the bottom right of the Manage Attachments window. This will post the pics to the thread.
