Red Dwarf is excellent if you're looking for a plant that will be done in 1 1/2 to 2 months from seed. They stay short so they are great for SOG, and they are quite potent and yeild very well IMO for the amount of them you can get in there. They also look wonderful, which never hurts :mrgreen...

I'm rooting 6 clones right now that were flowering for 4 weeks and 2 weeks(two strains). Neither has rooted yet and it's been 3 weeks... should alll start soon. I have two in water to monitor the root situation on each strain.

For sure... also as a plus, it means my other plants get to veg a little longer before flower. I'm not one to complain about bigger plants :weed:

I'd say close to 12... it turned out to be the haze phenotype afterall... it's excellent that I got it but at the same time a bit of a tragedy because it's so huge, tall, and takes forever to flower.

How tall are the plants you're planning to grow? SOG is probably your best bet considering the size of the grow.

HPS will be perfectly fine. MH is recommended only because the light it produces has more of the spectrum that is most useful to the plant during veg. T-5's would be ideal, but since you already have the HPS's you're best off sticking with what you've got.

The plants will be more stretchy, but they will grow just as well with the HPS bulb as the MH. It's not useless to have a MH, but it's not ideal for young plants and clones... so most people go with fluorescents if they choose something other than HPS for veg. Hope that helps, good luck!

It'll be enough up until a certain point. Most of the smell kicks in when the plant reaches maturity, or when it gets switched to flowering.
