With the 2 QB288`s set at 240 watts, a quality multimeter reads 100.9 volts

Don`t worry about giving it more than 100v I use one between an HLG-240H-C2100A & 2 HLG QB288 V2`s and the volt flashes "99.99v" (error) All I need to know is the watts which works perfect so all good.

The BD has low efficiency compared to the HLG QB`s. I ran 2 135 kits in a 2x4 and was seriously impressed with the fast growth. 135 will be perfect for your small space.

135 kit would be perfect for you. Mount the driver away from the board if you can for less heat. Mine now live on top of the tent. .
