but yea i would veg for a few days before you flower tho, make sure it grows out some roots first. using smaller pots will also restrict root growth and will stun the plant growth.

could also be from overwatering.

whats the temps like? and how far away is the bulb from the top of the plants? Have you changed the usual feeding or lighting cycle recently?

yea u need to change the lights. u can get 2 42w cfls. cool white and warm white. i dont kno if that will be enough to flower but i hear people get mixed results. you can always try and if you dont like the outcome you can always upgrade next time. or you can just get a 250 ballast that work...
