I did the same thing. I flowered after my plant reached 12 inches (see photo). On a different note, it looks like you topped the plant very early. I topped after the third set of true leaves emerged. I'm sure it's fine, but I think you get better side branching by topping a little later.

I suppose my question should be is - Has anyone had any experience growing super skunk plants and seen purple buds on them?

I just switched from soft white paint to mylar. It seems that mylar creates a whole bunch of hot spots. The fan kinda blows the mylar a bit and thereby blowing the hot spots around as well. I'm just wondering if these hot spot are normal and/or harmful to the plants.

If you've got indoor plants in soil, what's the best way to make sure your plants have enought water while you're away? (In this case 4 or 5 days.)

The light I'm referring to is Metal Halide, meant for vegagtive growth. At the moment, it's hung about 3' above the tops of the plants. If you were to place your hand next to the tops of the plants, you wouldn't feel much heat from the lamp at all. Luke-warm at best. If it's not too hot to...
