Ok, I did do a lot of reading and figured that this bag would be the easiest way to do my first run and then I will be doing the PF tek after this. I did not get jars, it is a spawn bag and it cam with a spray bottle and a syringe of spores.

Been keeping it between 70-80 degrees F and at least 40% humidity in just the area around it. I have the kit in a paper bag to keep out the light and there is a heat mat under it to help regulate the temps.

Well thanks for all the suggestions! I think I will try the fan method for the first flush and the oven method on the second flush to see if there is a difference in potency and see which one i like better! :)

We won't be doing a high volume. Just 2-3 cakes at a time. For personal use.

I know that it needs to be dark while the mycelium is colonizing but I heard that when fruiting a 12/12 light cycle is best and we are in bloom right now in our grow room so it would be perfect, right? Or would the spores infect the soil plants I have?

I almost want to ask where you all are! This is so sad! There have only been a few people who's prices beat ours! We know the grower but still....
