Sounds fine for the veg stage, but I'd double your lighting with 2700k for flower. During flower, you want as much light as you can without cooking your plants with heat. You are using feminized seeds, right? soil, nutes, ventilation?

No, not right away. Depending on how much you use at what stage, FFOF can last for the entire veg period. That's why the only nutrient I recommend to new growers is Tiger Bloom. (+lime), starting out at 1 tsp per gal per week, reaching 1 1/2 tsp per gal halfway through flower. Easy-Breezy fat budz.

One thing I noticed is that SD doesn't like to drop dead leaves, they stay attached and moist which is a very bad thing. I learned the hard way.

You don't have to vent outside air. My cab is about the same size as yours + 400w. I exchange basement air, with an a/c on my cabinet that keeps humidity levels at 50% or lower. It's better than running a de-humidifier, they raise temps.
