Having you considered leaving the tent flap wide open when convenient and closing it only when necessary i.e. Lights out??? Even if you did it part time it would easily reduce some of the heat issues

I think you should just run the plant and forget the extra light...the solstice is within the next 3-4 days and the plants would transition anyway...why risk hermie conditions with added light at this stage...the change in light schedule you provided i.e. 18/6 to 14/15 was a natural occurring...

Try making bopeep hooks out of metal hangers, it's so much easier than all that tying down...you can make different lengths for different parts of the plant and they're easy to move...g/l

You're going to need a light that can remain very close to the plants to achieve what you're looking for (tight nodes)...consider t5' lighting w/trimming and then maybe finish under HPS...g/l

You should diy some light reflectors on all your side lighting bulbs...you're losing a lot of light...g/l

Having a spray bottle during the seedling stage is a must in my book...you can water with it to avoid over watering issues and also use it for a light spritz on a hanging husk or stuck membrane...g/l

When plants are small they're susceptible to over watering, especially in a large container...for me a solo cup, 2 gallon plastic then five gallon fabric pot allows more control of soil moisture...I'm not saying straight to final pot is not doable, but the repot helps with avoiding...

Don't water the "stem area" water the circumference of the pot...they die such a slow death when damping off happens...I've tried burying them deeper you name it...once it starts at the stem/dirt line it's basically over...its def water that's the issue...g/l
