I'm an advocate of the cloning bucket...5 gallon bucket with 8 hole lid and foam pucks...submersible pump with a sprinkler head manifold...3/4 cup of Olivia's cloning solution and water...no humidity dome needed and roots appear in 5-10 days...works for tomatoes, flowers, peppers and weed...g/l

In the south where I live it gets to damn hot in the summer for me so I sprout seeds indoors in the fall and flower outdoors in the winter utilizing the shorter days...the only thing I have to keep my eye on is bud mold...the dew point comes into play here so I hope for breezy weather...g/l
