if you've got caterpillars, its kinda too late to bring them in. they probably hatched from laid eggs in your bud earlier on in the season. even if you kill them all there is still a chance more will show. im guessing youre pretty far into flower. im dealing with a plant that is similar...

Excessive heat can squeeze out the dissolved oxygen in the water, creating anaerobic conditions, and fostering in the bad smell and bad bacteria. If the tea brew was warm but smells ok then you should be fine. Trying to brew the tea above 90F would probably be difficult. cheers mr.bond

Surface bubbles is a sign of biological activity. Combined with reduction in bad smell, it is very likely that the tea is fighting off the slime. Keep up the tea regimen with maintenance doses over the next week. Watch your temps and additives and let's see how it works out for you. Good...

sounds like its doing just fine... give it a little more time to establish roots in the soil and it will explode... the stem will begin to harden up and you'll be good... then add some karma :) good luck! cheers mr.bond

just give it time... heat stress can cause leaf malformation but its not too uncommon to see a messed up first or second leaf set. give her some time and she'll come around with some healthy foilage............ or she'll die soon. lol not much middle ground here. but yeah she'll pull thru...
