    600w 24/hr veg Help!!!!

Explosive growth happens in my case around the end of the second week depending on the strain. They are nice looking little girls btw. The switch to 12 brings on the most aggressive growth/stretch, its a sight to behold.

    600w 24/hr veg Help!!!!

See I spent my youth playing the operation game so planting that little seedling is a piece of cake lol. Actually I do see a very good argument for not doing the paper towel thing, but again, for reasons unknown to me I have terrible luck doing anything else.

    What am i doing wrong

I do agree that sometimes you can over care for the plant as well. As said earlier it may be water spots or it could be the start of an issue. Best to stay the course and monitor it IMO. The worst thing that can happen is to start throwing stuff at it, again IMO.

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

Yes I think you can use organic nutes then basically its organic I guess.

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

I use low pressure spray nozzles and used kind of an nft set up before. Again to many variables to say if they are helping but like I said they aren't dead lol. And yes I believe that while running non organic nutes they will die if no bad stuff to feed on so I use it more for preventative...

    What am i doing wrong

Actually I would be concerned. Those spots may be sign something is wrong, they should be green and spotless at that stage. My present run had spots that turned into yellow leaves, it took a bit to figure it out (real issues trying to identify problems, sorry!). My issue was things were to wet...

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

I and many others do not have any disinfectants in the water as it comes from a well. The temps are another issue that I deal with when its unseasonably warm and have heard this helps. This is all just what I have read and have no real experience. For the three years I have been doing hydro it...

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

The cost of adding benies is way cheaper for me. I brew my own actually. I may just add the product directly as the cost is still negligible. I do believe the plants seem happier but not doing a side by side test. I am doing a nute comparison though and the results are amazing.

    BENNIE'S 'V' STERILE

Thats a good question!!! Wondering that my self, just started using benies and plants seem to like them, roots seem to like them. But never had any real issues using H2O2 either except the price!

Super tight collars, will they kill my plants?

I just started using 3" and was using 6" lol. But yup even 3" seems a bit cramped. Still I have no issues yet. I may try the noodles as well for cloning then into the netpots and hydroton.

    600w 24/hr veg Help!!!!

Three days from the time you put them in soil? Thats pretty good! I do use paper towel method and have better luck than soil for some reason, i also plant directly into the hydroton as well. I do understand the dislike of using PT though as it takes an extra delicate step.

giving defoliation during flower a try

Well never met the man but I'm sure there's a few similarities. Old, cranky, and I think thats where it ends lol. I dont take things quite as seriously as UB but that may be a failing on my part. I try not to be condescending and try to foster experimentation. I feel the best way to expand...

giving defoliation during flower a try

Oh ya forgot to mention the heat stress ....... I really think you should send all of that nasty bud to me to dispose of in a slow and timely manner and start afresh lol.

giving defoliation during flower a try

Now who's getting off topic ....... Jeez lol! That girls as hairy as my first wife lol. But yes You can pop a seed pretty much anywhere. Had them grow out of the carpet in college don't ask :(, the bottom of a boat, and gravel on the driveway, pulled that one lol. Is there a right or wrong way...

giving defoliation during flower a try

Depends on how crowded the tray is. Actually I did a defoliation versus not my last run and both turned out like shit lol. But hey I purposely break branches in half so what do I know lol.

    Superstoner's new 3 rail, 50gal system, 36-40oz every 2 weeks.

I hear you re: old and grey!!! And yes I think its great to build new set ups and thats what this is all about I think, not that this setup outgrows another system.
