No. Autoflowers mature according to age not light cycles. The point of autoflowers is that they automatically flower in 18/6 lighting. And it's not in veg, it's probably about 3 weeks into flowering.

You don't clone autoflowers. Those clones are as mature as the mother plant and they are not going to stop maturing.

Stay above 60 at least. Run your lights at night and off during the day.
