    Vacuum Purge

Not sure how long its been off the plant but ill check. Should I keep the material at constant 125-130 for that 6 hrs? Also, my harbor freight vac is shooting out oil and steam from the air valve. Is this normal?

    Vacuum Purge

Hi guys, ive been reading on concentrates a lot and searched on youtube for methods but every one has their different methods. I just put together a 3 cfm 2 stage vacuum kit with 1/2" ball valves between pump and chamber. Im using a thick SS pot I found at Ross for 40 bucks. Lexan sheets from...

Overhead or head on? Any differences?

Ok. I got it now guys. I opened up three holes and made a 90 degree angle with the ducting. Now, air just gets sucked into the room.

    Babies drooping with 600W Lighting

Hey guys, I bought this Vapona Bug Strip that I placed inside the room and it killed all of the spider mites without a fight. I've used it before when my plants were infected with Root Aphids and it worked well then, still works well now with Spider Mites.

Overhead or head on? Any differences?

At the moment, none because the tent is in my room, where there are lots of light exposure that would be a problem for the dark cycle. Only air I have coming in is AC. But if i turn on the Vent, the Air in is not as strong as the air being sucked by Vent so it sucks in the room, decreasing space

Overhead or head on? Any differences?

The problem with cutting a hole in the tent is that the room will have direct light from outside of the room during the dark stages.

Overhead or head on? Any differences?

Nice. I'll keep that in mind. The temps are 76-80 with bulbs lowered. I have a 6" 445 fan i believe. It's just not being used right now because it sucks the air from the room and makes the tent suck in on itself, which makes less room for the plants to grow. Any ideas who to combat this?

    Babies drooping with 600W Lighting

I dont know what it is, but i no longer have this drooping problem. It could possibly be the overwatering. I stopped watering every 2 days and watered the 4th day. Either that, or the plant is stronger now and is able to take the light power like I mentioned regarding the 1000 watt light and...

    Babies drooping with 600W Lighting

Thanks for all the info. For the curling, that happened before I put in a stong fan, so ive got that problem out of the way. The point you made about the fan leaves "drooping" is that they are following the light is totally valid and I understand your explanation. My question would then be...

Overhead or head on? Any differences?

Hi Guys, I just recently started my first Vert grow but I can't seem to get the plants to stop drooping and twisting once the bare bulb is directly head on with the plants. It only doesn't droop when the light is directly over head. My question is, if I keep it overhead, sorta like what i've...

    Club Vert(600)

Yea, even when fully watered, they still do this. I discussed this on my other thread but possibly the roots aren't ready for such strong lighting? As mentioned, when i did horizontal 1000w, i'd have to slowly ease the light closer so that the plants could grow and adjust to the lighting. In...

    Babies drooping with 600W Lighting

I'd say that's a great possibility. How long do u think i should allow the roots to settle in. I'ts been 3 weeks and 2 days since i transplanted them... If this is really the case.. then do you think i should do 50% for a few more days, then slowly up the power?
